We are looking for volunteers to help us explore how and when an online personalized health record could be useful to patients, their families and doctors. Please sign up and share your thoughts.
The Health Care Authority has funded three pilot projects to help test the feasibility and usefulness of online health record bank accounts to see if they offer a useful way for consumers to maintain, track and use their personal health information.
The pilot sites are expected to be operational in February 2009, and they are looking for volunteers to participate now! AccessMyHealth.org is partnering with the pilot sites to help them get started—and make sure they address the concerns we’re hearing from Washingtonians like you.
Not in an area with a pilot project? Read on, and become an AccessMyHealth.org participant!
Signing up as an AccessMyHealth.org participant means you're interested in learning more about online personalized health records and want to join the conversation about what kind of solution would work for Washington.
You can participate in many ways—as much or as little as you like
We need your involvement to make sure the online personalized health records that are developed and used in this state meet your needs and address any of your concerns.
Who are we interested in hearing from? Everyone. People of all ages and walks of life. People who are managing chronic illnesses and those who aren’t. Those with children and elderly parents, and those with neither. People who work in the healthcare industry, and people who don’t. In other words, we’re interested in hearing from you.
