Peggy Evans is currently a Quality Improvement Consultant with Qualis Health. Dr. Evans has extensive experience in the areas of health information technology selection and implementation, care management, and process improvement in redesigning clinical workflow applying Lean Methodology and the Model for Improvement. She is also responsible for the direction of the Washington State Health Information Security and Privacy Collaboration (HISPC), a national effort focused on security and privacy in health information exchange. Prior to joining Qualis Health, Dr. Evans served the State of Washington’s Department of Social and Health Services as a Statistician/Research Manager. Dr. Evans earned both a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Social Psychology from Michigan State University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
